Shipping policy

We ship worldwide. We offer free domestic and international shipping with tracking information. There are no shipping costs or sales taxes due to pay - we strive to provide a smooth customer experience, just as we would expect it. 

For Non-UK Customers *

Please note that customs policies and import duties vary widely for international orders. Your local customs office will be able to assist you with any custom duty queries you may have as those are outside our control. 

Processing time:

After placing the order, all orders take 1-2 days to process and ship out. We do not ship out on the weekends.

 

Shipping time:

 

UK: 7-14 days

International: 7-14 days

 

Tracking:

When your items are shipped out, you should receive an automatic notification via email providing you with a tracking number.
